Salesperson submitted plans with focus on wrong area of house to be repaired. Plans had to be revised at last minute. This person is no longer with your company.
Pleasant, knowledgeable. Kept me appraised of progress along the way. David Glick made revisions to work plans on-site at last minute as those originally submitted focused on wrong area of house. He was quick to fix any issues that arose that were not planned.
Clean-up was very good. They got the bulk of the dirt cleaned up in the basement and outside walkway/driveway. Used plastic on the floor inside the house. Not a lot that I needed to do afterwards - just vacuum and dust living areas impacted to my standards.
