The customer had poorly installed piers in the thirty-two year old house, along with the floor sagging in the center near the kitchen, as well as a possible crack in the tile. The customer wanted better support. The call was made and we sent one of our forewomen over, who installed smart jacks, SilverGlo, used a Sedona SaniDry, and applied cleanspace all over the ground in the crawl space to not only create better support, but to overall improve the area.
