The foreman put flexispan and wet concrete over the crack to prevent further leaks.
Waterguard
Waterguard is installed below the walls to absord any leaking water and transport it elsewhere.
Sump Pump
Finally, a sump pump is installed to drain any water now and in the future and send it to the outside where it belongs.
