Radiant Heat Barrier
The visible side of the silverGlo is seen here. The reflective material makes it easier for heat to be trapped inside the space. The panels are held together tightly by tape that also features the same reflective qualities.
SilverGlo works around vents
Our crew is able to cut the insulation to size . This cuts down on heat loss around HVAC pipes and vents.
Seamless Panel Integration
The SilverGlo panels are put right up against the joists of the floor. Here you can see another example of the maneuverability of the SilverGlo around the home's piping.
Cleanspace laid down after the SilverGlo installed
Our crew is able to lay down the Cleanspace vapor barrier once the SilverGlo is installed to create a waterproof seal. The smartdrain is shown here.
Wrapped pillars.
To further minimize the amount of water/vapor that can enter the crawlspace, the floor pillars are wrapped and sealed by the vapor barrier.
Sanidry Dehumidifer added.
The final addition to the insulated waterproofing system is the SaniDry Dehumidifier. Any moisture that happens to enter the crawlspace will be collected by the unit and pumped out and away from the property. In this photo you can see the dehumidifier sitting on top of the vapor barrier with the SilverGlo on the wall in the background.
