Smartpipe against the footing.
The Smartpipe is situated against the footing of the house in the area where the water intrusion is most severe.
Smart Pipe can maneuver around corners.
To better assist our customers' needs, our Smart Pipe system is able to adjust to the foundation of the home to maximize the collection of water in the crawlspace or basement.
The Sump Pump will collect the water that is being gathered by the Smart Pipe system.
After the water has run through the Smart Pipe, it is collected in the sump pump where it will then be expelled from the property via a discharge line. We situate the pump at a low point in the crawlspace to maximize the amount of water to divert.
The discharge line exits the home through the foundation.
The Sump Pump is strong enough to push the water upwards and out of the crawlspace. Routine maintenance of the Pump ensures that all the moisture is taken out of the crawlspace effeciently and effectively.
A Lawnscape outlet is used to keep the water away from the property.
It is important for the water that was once in the crawlspace to stay away from the property. The discharge line connected to the Sump Pump is discretely buried in the lawn about twenty feet away from the home. The water will dump into a well and soak into the ground.
