Have you noticed sagging floors in your home? Or cracks in your walls? This is a sign of serious foundation failure. We had a customer who was seeing massive cracks in load bearing walls in his home that was only a few years old, it was even causing the ceilings to sag. They called us as soon as they noticed these issues. We were more than happy to get them on the schedule with one of our System Design Specialists to see what we could do to make their home safe and secure again.
Solution
Once our System Design Specialist got out to the house and met with the homeowners, he got in the crawlspace and found that some of the home's floor supports were actually falling completely out of place and was no longer supporting the home. After checking the whole crawlspace, he got to work putting together a proposal for the homeowners that detailed the products he recommended, how they would be installed and the cost. Once we gained the homeowner's approval, we sent our foreman out to install our SmartJacks to permanently support the house and provide these homeowners with peace of mind.
