Challenge
This customer of ours saw that their old vapor barrier was starting to tear and allow moisture in the crawlspace, so they looked up companies that could replace it for them and found us! We happily got them on the schedule to get our System Design Specialist out to see them and make sure they were taken care of.
Solution
Once our System Design Specialist got out there and met with the homeowners, he got to work inspecting the crawlspace to find out how much CleanSpace they would need, and make sure that CleanSpace would be all they would need to resolve their issues. Once he was done, he wrote up a proposal for the homeowners and presented them with how it would be installed, and the total cost. Once the homeowners approval was gained, we sent our foreman out to remove the existing tearing vapor barrier and replace it with CleanSpace and taking extra care to make sure even the piers in the crawlspace were wrapped for total encapsulation.
