Challenge

This customer had owned her home for over 8 years and had an issue with a mystery leak in the basement. They weren't quite sure where the leak was coming from but it would lead to puddles on the concrete basement floor. They had other people who had come out and tried to fix it but nobody could find viable and correct solutions for them. They then called us and we were happy to get them on the schedule to send a Design Specialist out to resolve this issue once and for all.

Solution

Once our Design Specialist got out to the homeowners house and met with them, he checked out the basement to find where the leak was coming from, and how we could solve this issue permanently. He found that the leak was coming from a pipe in the wall, and came up with a plan to not only seal that off, but to redirect the water so it wouldn't just find another way in. He wrote up a proposal for the homeowners that detailed the products he recommended, the cost and how the products would be installed. Once the homeowners agreed, we sent out our foreman to install the WaterGuard in the floor, our SuperSump to collect and redirect the water, and CarbonArmor to seal off the crack in the wall that was letting in water.
