Finishing Basement in Hope, ID

Challenge

The owner of the home in Hope, ID was planning on finishing their basement, yet there are some visual cracks in the wall and floor and flooding issue that made them concerned before finishing the space. In addition to existing wall waterproofing & foundation repair, They would like to cast new footing for the load-bearing wall, stair, and perimeter, and cast new floor slab, hopefully, to gain another foot of ceiling height. 

They want to have an expert exam and repair the foundation.
