Basement Water Problems Resolved in Nampa, ID
Challenge
Homeowners were seeing water damage and water intrusion in their unfinished basement. The incoming water was damaging the walls and the floors. Concerned with further damaging occuring and with how to stop water from coming into the basement, they gave us a call. We sent over our expert to take a look and see what could be done to prevent further water intrusion. Our goal is to provide our customers with longterm solutions to their home's issues.
Solution
We installed our sub-floor drainage system, WaterGuard, around the perimeter of the basement. We then installed a SuperSump pump system, CleanPump Stand, airtight lid with airtight floor drain, and a WaterWatch alarm system. IceGuard was installed to prevent water flooding from frozen discharge lines. LawnScape was used as the outlet at the end of the discharge line. Finally we installed CleanSpace on the walls of the basement, to direct any water towards the sub-floor drainage system. With these products working together, these owners will not have to worry about any more water problems in their basement for years to come.
