A father began helping his daughter move out of her house. She had been living in the home for four years and was ready for a change. Solution
Our design specialist was able do a thorough inspection both inside and outside the home. After getting into the crawl space to look around, our expert found the cause of the sagging floors. At some point in time, the floor joists had been affected by moisture and were starting to warp and bend. The solution? The installation of 8 SmartJacks and some supplemental beams. SmartJacks are able to distribute the load they are bearing to the surrounding soil much more efficiently than your standard post or concrete block system.
